google developer consoleでは、表示した端末のタイムゾーン（ローカルタイム）になるけど、csvに落とした時のDateのデータはPSTになってる、ってことなのかな。
インストール・アンインストール・評価はPST、収益はUTC。

Appストア

AppアナリティクスはUTCとローカルタイムが選べる。インストールツールのAutoingestion使った場合のcsvのBegin Dateとかはローカルタイムっぽい。日本だとJST。
